As part of your home-site purchase, we include a plan-approval process that ensures the lot footprint and quality of construction for each home complements the Linnridge community. Additionally, we have developed a list of builders and contractors whose work we believe will meet both your and our standards for quality. We’ll gladly share this list with you, or, naturally, you’re free to select your own builder/contractor.
