The Franks and Romine families have called the future site of Linnridge Meadows their home for nearly a century. Gerald Franks and his nephews—Scott and Rex Romine—remember growing up here, farming the soil and learning life’s lessons from their parents and grandparents.

Those memories and experiences helped shape the vision for Linnridge Meadows—a carefully planned development that integrates the beauty of the land, three generations of family values and fine living environments.
